How Working With Me Works
1. Complimentary Consultation
Every journey begins with a conversation to understand your travel goals, style, and priorities. This ensures we’re the right fit and sets the stage for a seamless process.
2. Planning Fee & Proposal
If we decide to move forward together, a planning fee is required to begin the design process. Once secured, I’ll begin curating a personalized travel proposal tailored specifically to you.. Additional elements—such as private transfers, bespoke experiences, and excursions—are layered in closer to departure (typically around 60 days out) to ensure every detail feels intentional and well-timed.
(Planning fees are non-refundable, with exceptions for select cruise and all-inclusive bookings. Full details are outlined in my Terms & Conditions.)
3. Booking & Coordination
Once your selections are finalized, I manage all bookings through trusted partners and handle the logistics behind the scenes—ensuring every piece of your trip is aligned, elevated, and effortlessly executed.
4. Travel Portfolio
Approximately two weeks before departure, you’ll receive a comprehensive portfolio with confirmations, key details, and a suggested itinerary—everything you need to travel confidently and effortlessly.
5. Travel Beautifully
Every detail is thoughtfully considered, letting you enjoy the trip itself—fully present, relaxed, and inspired.
